We are a fully accredited preferred provider of high quality flexible person-centred services to adults of all ages living with impairments, long-term or terminal issues.

What is Enabling?

Enabling is working alongside people according to their needs and abilities to build their capacities, positive experiences and successful outcomes so they can realise their goals, aspirations and wishes.

Enabling Services are Person-centred.

Additionally, Enabling is a way of working that can bring about permanent, deep seated changes in the way people think, feel and behave.

Coping With Disruptive Events

Disruptive events, such as accidents, bereavement, confronting abuse, changing job or moving home occur in everyone's life.  For each of us dealing with disruptive events can affect our sense of self, and how we see our role within our community.

When we experience a disruptive event it can have an impact on other people, partners and family members.  How each person experiences that event is unique and for each of them the process of coping can often be complex and sometimes painful.

At SureCare Enabling we help people to cope with disruptive events and explore new options, plan actions, acquire new skills, build new competences and integrate new experiences into their lives.

Moving from Disruptive Events to

Successful Outcomes

Transformative learning can happen by doing. For each person it is a personal journey but it does not have to be an isolated journey.  At SureCare Enabling (Bath & Mendip) our Enablers  working alongside people to enable them to move forward with their lives.
